d3 creative studio, a 3D Rendering and Architectural Visualization Company has announced plans to expand its footprint to the Tampa Bay Metropolitan market and offer their one of a kind, compelling visualizations and interactive experiences to builders and real estate developers in the area.

d3’s Director of Technical Operations, Darren Molony, will spearhead operations in the Tampa and Orlando markets. Darren comes from a technical background and has helped transition d3 into the firm it is today. He will continue to oversee the technical department at d3 and will help cultivate new business within these markets.

d3 creative studio Announces New Augmented Reality App for Real Estate Sector

Fort Myers, Florida ? d3 creative studio in Downtown Fort Myers continues to push the envelope when it comes to innovative technology. The Architectural Visualization and Interactive 3D firm developed an augmented reality (AR) application called Stagely. The application allows the end-user to select from custom curated furniture collections, ranging from traditional to transitional styles and everything in-between.

The cloud-based AR staging application targets real estate agents, brokers, and others in the real estate sector. An invite-only private beta version of the app will launch in the Southwest Florida region, where a high density of real estate agents and brokers will help test the features and functionality of the app. The official release of Stagely is scheduled for later this year.

Although there are other virtual staging solutions currently available today, Stagely is raising the bar by offering immediate results, more advanced functionality, and an intuitive user interface. Through the Stagely app, real estate agents and brokers can virtually stage a home within minutes right on their phone.

AR technology is not foreign to d3. ?Inspir3d, which launched in 2015, is a successful AR application that brings 2D floor plans to life before construction begins. The Stagely app targets the other end of the spectrum and connects existing residential property listings with potential buyers. Both applications were developed for the real estate industry.

Prior to the official release, the team at d3 plans to partner with furniture, fixture, and home d?cor manufacturers and distributors to promote their items utilizing the Stagely solution. ?The d3 team is already working with a highly-regarded home furnishings distributor/designer, who will provide exclusive content for the application.
