Walsh – Fort Worth’s Next Great Neighborhood. To convey the lifestyle of this unique community, d3 completed a large scale (30′ x 50′) augmented reality model for their sales center floor which highlights the many amenities and model homes of the community.

As a by-product of the animation and rendering process, we created a miniature AR 3D replica of the proposed building and displayed it on the back of a post card using the Inspir3d™ app.
Developed in 2015, Inspir3d™ was our first Augmented Reality app designed for real estate sales and marketing professionals. Our goal was to provide sales pros with cutting edge tools to engage with their customers on a whole new level.
Support for Inspir3d™ was sunsetted in 2019 but our passion for creating engaging augmented reality experiences lives on.

d3 created this 3D AR replica of the MAX Daytona scale model so that sales associates could easily communicate project details regardless of where they were.
