Immersive Room Troubleshooting Guide
Most issues can be solved by simply rebooting the system. Here are the steps.
Step 1

Turn on all projectors. Click the power button for each projector controller. Once each one has been clicked, wait for displays to indicate that it is searching for an HDMI source (may take up to 60 seconds).
Step 3
Turn on the server. Click the “server power” button and wait for immersion to load (may take up to 60 seconds)
Step 1: Shutting down the immersion
Ensure the server is powered off (powering server off).

Press the “Server Power” button once. Windows will shut down.
The light on the “server power” button will turn off.
Wait for the white lights inside the server to turn off indicating a complete shutdown.
Ensure projectors are powered off (powering projectors off)

Press the “power” button once on each controller to begin the projector shut down.

Press the “ok” button once on each controller to confirm the projector shutdown.
The white “power” light on each projector will begin to blink.
Wait for the white lights to turn into a solid white indicating a complete shutdown.
Step 2: Projector Startup
Turn on all projectors (powering projectors on).

Press the “power” button once on each controller.

Once each button has been pressed once, wait for the display to indicate that it is searching for an HDMI source (may take up to 60 seconds).
Step 3: Server startup (immersion finalization)
Turn on the server (powering server on).

Press the “server power” button once. Windows will boot up.
Once the button is pressed, wait for the immersion to load (may take up to 60 seconds).
If you are not having issues related to server or projectors maybe these can help.

No Audio?

Check to see if the amp is turned off

No Playstation?

Check if the PlayStation is turned off. Press and hold the center button on the controller to turn it back on.

Environment problems?
If rebooting the server PC didn’t fix the issue, you can disable the buttons to launch any of the environments, the PlayStation, and Google Meet from the Admin Panel.

Tap the top center of the screen 6 times to open the admin panel.

Then tap to disable/enable what isn’t working.
